Some lucky lady in NYC is gonna feel a couple inches of pain tonight.
Credit to Kelly Dwyer of Ball Don't Lie for being on the ball with this story and Jason's apology (which was hardly an apology, but more of an excuse). Whitlock claimed that his "immature, sophomoric, comedic nature" kicked in - a humor that he developed from his mother and Richard Pryor. I don't need to say anything more on this as Dwyer rightfully blasts Witlock for his immature, idiotic terribly unfunny nature in the article.
Racial jokes are always lame, but why lash out on a happy, inspirational young man like Lin? Even seeing signs in Madison Square Garden that say Yellow Mamba kind of bums me out. Can we please forget that Lin is anything but a terrific basketball player and just celebrate his surprising, but excellent rise to NBA fame?
