Amare Stoudemire and Jeremy Lin are both questionable tonight - UPDATED

The Knicks play a very important game tonight against the Milwaukee Bucks who are ever-sneaking up the Knicks' behinds and trying to snag that 8th spot in the Eastern Conference. So, seeing as how this is the Knicks and it has been one of the wackiest seasons ever, of course two key players might not play tonight. From Jared Zwerling of ESPN New York:

Jeremy Lin (sore right knee) and Amare Stoudemire (sore lower back) are both questionable for Monday night's game against the Bucks.
Recall that both fellows went out late in the second half against Detroit to get their respective sores checked out. Lin returned to the court while Studemire stayed back in the locker room. Both guys insisted that they were OK after the game, but Stoudemire's history with back problems makes this a little bit worrisome. Though 'questionable' is much better than 'doubtful' or 'out', so this may not be too terrible of an issue.

There have been some updates from shoot-around this morning. Lin is practicing and running drills with folks, so it sounds like he'll be good to go. However, Amar'e did not even go to practice as he stayed in the city to get treatment on his back. Steve Popper notes that teammates didn't sound confident that he would play. If you've ever had a back injury, you know how hard it can be to move around and do things like running and jumping, which is essentially what basketball is. So, this doesn't sound good for Amar'e. More later as updates come through.

UPDATE: Amar'e Stoudemire is going to have an MRI on his back. As far as I've seen, he's still not definitely out tonight, but it doesn't look good. GULP.
